I wasn't in attendance at any of those meetings but Alan Franklin was there. The reason for these meetings came at the request of Mark Graham. The purpose was to have us relocate the entrance of Willow Glen to Towncenter Drive because Wendall had a problem with our alignment. In the end, as a result of these verbal meetings we were allowed to remove the inter-parcel connections in order to maintain our approved density. Ron Higgins and Megan were also in attendance for some of these and helped facility Phase 1 moving from approved plans into construction. Other than that, I can't offer anymore insight; but the fact remains that the inter-parcel connections will not work given the grade differences and DEQ restrictions. Hopefully this will be enough to move past this issue and get us started on the next phase of this project. Call me if you need anything else or have other questions. There have been dramatic changes In the real estate market In the aftermath of the recent recession.One of the major changes has occurred in the residential condominium component of the market. For a number of reasons,it is practically impossible for new home buyers to get financing to purchase a condominium. Lenders during the cooled to that part of the market. One of the most glaring things that happened recession that led lenders to feel this way revolves around condo association fees. Typically the builder Is responsible for paying those fees,which include real estate taxes, insurance and maintenance, on all unsold units in a condo projects. With so many builders going bankrupt,those fees fell to the purchasers of how ever many condos had already sold.In a chain reaction,those huge fees created situations where condo owners had to default of their loans.
