I don't know whether they will be attached garages or detached garages at this point. In order to address comment#4, I extended the lot line for Lot#7 to completely encompass the driveway,and also moved the location of the driveway for Lot#20 so that it is within the property lines. The following questions and comments were identified: 1. [Section 32.5.2] The approved variations for Blocks 28 and 29B are technically considered special exceptions that are required to be listed on all site plans. So, under Zoning on Sheet 1, please add the following notes: i. On August 6, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved a special exception to authorize a variation from the Code of Development to allow approval of five foot front, side and rear setbacks for single-family units in Blocks 28 and 29B. ii. On October 8, 2014,the Board of Supervisors approved a special exception to authorize a variation from the Code of Development to allow roof overhangs and eaves to encroach the five-foot building setback within Blocks 28 and 29B, subject to the following condition: a. Roof overhangs and eaves shall not project further than one (1)foot into the five-foot building setback. 2. Similarly,the private street authorization request approved by the Planning Commission on September 16, 2014 contained waivers of the sidewalk, street tree and planting strip requirements. On Sheet 1, please add a note to indicate that the "Planning Commission approval of Birchin Lane, Birchin Court and Birchin Drive waived requirements for sidewalks, street trees and planting strips, subject to the following condition: 1 a Sidewalk to be provided on the north side a Hazel Grove Lane or a "Class A, Type I" paved pedestrian path to be provided through open space adjacent to lots that front on Hazel Grove Lane. Please also add a note to indicate Lots 14-20 will front on Golf Drive. 3. [Section 32.6.2(i)] On Sheet 22, please show the dimensions of the parking area or garage for Lots 2-14 as have been shown on Lots 1 and 15. Do Lots 1 and 15 show detached garages? 4. [Section 4.7] On Sheet 22, in Block 29B, Lot 7 shows off-site parking located in the proposed open space and Lot 20 also has a driveway easement through open space. Unfortunately,these are not permitted uses in open space. Please revise the lot lines accordingly, contain the parking onsite or(in the case of Lot 20) use a shared driveway. J.T.
