Danielle,
Would you please process a refund for SDP - 2015 -64? This initial site plan application was submitted by mistake. It
should have been submitted as a preliminary subdivision plat. CountyView indicates that a fee of $2,186 was submitted
for the initial site plan, so that is the amount to refund. (It looks like a separate subdivision fee has already been paid —
SUB- 2016 -04.) Please double -check my numbers and forward along the refund request at your earliest convenience.

SDP2015 -64 Briarwood Phase IV - initial site plan
On Dec 21, 2015 the applicant submitted a project which is labeled as a `preliminary subdivision plat'. The plat
depicts 56 lots for single family detached units. The applicant mistakenly submitted the application and fee for
an initial site plan. Planning staff called the applicant and they confirmed it was to be a preliminary plat rather
than a site plan.
What needs to happen is:
1) The correct application (prelim sub plat) and the correct fee needs to be paid by the applicant.
2) Then the project needs to be given a SUB# rather than a SDP #.
3) Once the above takes place the planner can write the required legal ad and the project can be distributed for
SRC review.
Initially the project was on the Dec 21 st submittal date and would have gone to SRC on Feb 4th but based on the
amount of time between the discovery of the mistake and the correction (10 days at this point) we need to push
the submittal date to the next submittal date which is Jan 4th w/ an SRC date of Feb 18th. This will allow the full
60 days for review.

Jenni & Scott,
As you are aware you submitted a site plan application last week that should have been a subdivision
application. Because the site plan fee was already deposited into a budget code specifically for site plans, I
cannot transfer that fee over to the Subdivision Application. Each application has their own budget codes. I will
have to process a refund for the Site plan application and you will need to pay the fee for the Subdivision
Application. If you could please bring in a check for $1236 for the Subdivision application at your earliest
convenience. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Chris — If you could send me an email explaining the situation and requesting the refund for the site plan. I just
need documentation to put with the refund.
