I met with the Service Authority and Montesorri client on site and we have agreed on a new location that meets the required 10' of clearance from the main water line. I have remarked this location and notified Alex Morrison at the Service Authority today so that he can return and confirm their approval. I've also called Miss Utility with instruction to remark all utilities following the relocation. Finally, we have added the sign location to the approved landscape plan per your request. Please see attached. If you could review and let us know if there's anything else you need from Gropen for your analysis. Apologies for the delay but the holiday schedule slowed things a bit. I have a meeting scheduled with Angel from the Service Authority on site today at 10am. I will have a copy of the landscape plan with me so that we can coordinate an acceptable location. Once determined, I will mark the landscape plan and resubmit to you. Hopefully that will give you everything you need. Thanks for your help with this.
