Date Completed:03/13/2015 Reviewer:Alexander Morrison ACSA Review Status:Requested Changes Reviews Comments:From: Alex Morrison [mailto:amorrison@serviceauthority.org] Sent: Friday, March 13, 2015 2:47 PM To: Christopher Perez Subject: RE: SDP 201500006 Sunset Overlook Chris, I have reviewed the plan and have the following comments: -Final water and sewer utility plans are required for review by the ACSA. Submit 3 copies of the plan along with water and sewer data sheets to the ACSA, Attn: Jeremy Lynn, P.E., to begin the review process. -The water utilities near the intersection of Old Lynchburg Road and Sunset Avenue are incorrectly shown. -Sunset Avenue is incorrectly labeled. -Per RWSA comments the applicant will need to reduce the number of sewer crossing with the existing 24" water main as well as the number of proposed connections to the water main. -RWSA review and approval required for all utility crossings with RWSA infrastructure as well as all connections to RWSA infrastructure. Let me know if you have any questions. Alexander J. This does not appear to have been addressed in the comment response letter or on the plans.
