I have reviewed the above referenced plan. I hereby recommend approval with the following condition:
• Submit 3 copies of the final site plan to the ACSA(Attn: Michael Vieira, PE)for construction review.The review is
required to address the water service as well as site development over an existing sanitary sewer main.
