The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)2] Vicinity map. Provide a vicinity map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet
showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets.
2. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. County GIS depicts a stream present along the eastern property line of TMP 134-7. On
the plat depict the required 100' stream buffer on each side of the stream and provide the following note: "The stream
buffer(s) shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance ".
3. [14-302B(5)] Zoning classification. Provide the zoning of the parcels, Rural Area (RA). Also, correct the magisterial
district from "Scottsville " to "Samuel Miller".
4. [14-302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed/agricultural forestal district. Provide the following note: "This property does
not lie in a Water Supply Watershed, nor an agricultural forestal district. "
5. [14-302(A)(10)] Right offurther division. Provide the following note: `No development rights are being affected by
this boundary line adjustment. "
6. [14-302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Provide the addresses for each owner of
record.
7. [14-302(B)(2)] Name of plat preparer. Provide the name of the person who prepared the plat.
8. [14-302(B)(1)] General Information. Provide the date of the last revision.
Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and
may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14,
if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this
