I spoke with Mary Zylowski with the City and she requested that the gas easement and dedication be handled on a separate plat. Please coordinate with Ms. Zylowski and either remove all reference to the gas easement or add the Deed Book and Page information once the gas easement has been recorded. 2([14-302(B)(5)] Zoning classification.
