documents may be obtained by contacting the County Engineer.
NOTES: SDP/SUB project folders will be accepted by the Imaging Center when the following items are complete:

1) Checklist is completed and included in folder;
2) Folder has a typed status label (same font & label color as project label) placed under the project label to
reflect current project status and date;
3) Documents are Acco-fastened (except plats/plans), and in chronological order (latest documents on top);
4) Documents are sufficiently identified as to which need to be scanned or saved to LaserFiche.
If the above items are not complete, Imaging Center staff will circle the incomplete item and return folder to the Chief of
Planning for corrective action.
