The changes at the rear of the building along with updated building elevations were previously presented to the ARB and have been approved. The following revisions have been made to the approved Overall Phase II Final Site Plan, dated 2/20115, last revised 11/20/15. ■ Modified loading areas for Buildings 200, 300, and 400 • Modified building pad elevations so that Building 200 and 300 are at the same elevation • Grading modifications in parking field in front of Buildings 200 and 300 due to leveling of pad • Updated rim elevations for storm and sanitary structures where applicable • Optimized sanitary line for MH -18 and MH -19 • Revised utility tie ins for Buildings 400 and 500 per tenant request • Added dumpster and enclosure behind Building 400 per tenant request • Revised landscaping around Buildings 400 and 500 • Added fire hydrant in front of Building 400 • Added ADA spaces to the east of Building 500 per tenant request • Net loss of three (3) parking spaces overall Should you have any questions regarding this project or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at (540) 349 -4500.
