I have not received any further comments from the Board to date, that doesn't mean that there won't be something at
the last minute. If you do not here from me by close of business tomorrow, you may assume there is nothing further.
Thanks

for this item Jan 21st (tomorrow). I reviewed the two comments you initially provided and the revisions adequately
addressed them. Please let me know if you have any further comments.

comments provided to the applicant. Please have your review of the revision completed by Jan 21st. Typically the
County only has 14 days to review a resubmittal but because of the holidays and the fact that your association is
involved in the review I've extended the review time to allow 21 days for the review. Once you complete your review if
you have no objections or no further comments on the revisions please send me an email stating that. If you do have
additional comments please consolidate all of the associations' comments into a single comment letter; rather, than
multiple comment letters which may contradict each other.

from ZMA2013-12 Rivanna Village and its attachments and suggest the following:
> Throughout construction of the town homes on Aspen Drive (name of road ?), that construction traffic cleaning
station also be located just before the exit of Aspen Drive (?) Traffic on Aspen Drive be one-way, entering Aspen from
the cul de sac of Glenmore Way and exiting on Glenmore Way just south of Steamer (which will later be rework to be
Main Street).

agrees to these changes.
