Good afternoon Chris,
I just wanted to let you know that Mr. Richardson is putting a check in the mail (to your attention) for
the Tier 2 Groundwater study for the Family Division of Lot D (SUB2015-142) as per your attached
comments dated August 28, 2015.
He is also in the process of deeding Lot C to his son so that we can complete the BLA for Revised Lot
B (SUB2015-139).
Once we have those deed book references to add to the plat, we will resubmit to you.

1) "Lot B (portion of TMP 27-39A)" as referred to on the plat has been provided a Tax Map Parcel by the
County, TMP 02700-00-00-039A1. Please revise the plat to utilize this tax map parcel number throughout.

Thanks for yo omments on the Family Subdivision Plat for Donald Richardson (SUB2015-142).
itoP -ase note that Lot D does not front on the Private Street Easement to the east of the lot.
of D's frontage is along the Private Street Easement along the westernmost boundary lines.
The new easement to the east of the lot is a Private Access Easement.

3. We will provide the deed book references on this Family Division Plat once the BLA plat is
recorded in the Clerk's Office.
4. We will put a date on this Family Division Plat once the BLA plat is recorded.

6. We are awaiting approval of the Affidavit and Declaration.
Please let me know when you have received the required approvals from VDH and the County
Attorney.
