He is also in the process of deeding Lot C to his son so that we can complete the BLA for Revised Lot B (SUB2015-139). The new easement to the east of the lot is a Private Access Easement. jil will inform Mr. Richardson about the groundwater review fee of$330.00 for this lot. i/ G'-2,? S 3.
