I have reviewed the plat and the entrance off of route 674 where access for this Lot will have a
connection to the state road and find it to be safe with improved sight distance and sight distance
easements are already in place and is approved for safe access and use. If you should have any

Below I have lined through all comment ich are addressed and made notes in red next to them. The only
item pending is the HD approval,-I emailed Josh Kirtley w/the Health Dept today to get a status update of their
review. Pending a response. Otherwise we have received County Attorney review of the legal does, please add
the plat date to the Cov and Restrictions doe and we're good on that item.
