The revision currently requested is the addition of the VA Polo Clubhouse as shown on the accompanying exhibit. The clubhouse is located adjacent to the main entrance driveway and is aligned with the centerline of the outdoor arena. It is a two story structure with a large center room on the main floor and a wraparound porch on three sides. The clubhouse will be serviced by the existing well and a new septic field.
