RE: Virginia Polo - SDP 2009-82 Letter of Revision

Please accept this Letter of Revision to the previously approved SDP 2009-82 site plan. The
revision currently requested is the addition of the VA Polo Clubhouse as shown on the
accompanying exhibit. The clubhouse is located adjacent to the main entrance driveway and is
aligned with the centerline of the outdoor arena. It is a two story structure with a large center room
on the main floor and a wraparound porch on three sides. The clubhouse will be serviced by the
existing well and a new septic field.
It will be a nice addition to the VA Polo facilities and we look forward to breaking ground on it soon.

site. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the site plan are
