NOTES: SP/ZMA project folders will be accepted by Centralized Files when the following items are complete:
1) Checklist is completed and included in folder;
2) Folder has a typed status label(same font&label color as project label)placed under the project label to
reflect current project status and date;
3) Documents are Acco-Fasten(except plats/plans),and in chronological order(latest documents on top).
If the above items are not complete,Centralized Filing staff will circle the incomplete item and return folder to the
Director of Planning for corrective action.
