The building will not be visible from the Entrance Corridor after full build -out of the Riverside Village development General Massing Study c 1 lw--144 Compatibility with significant historic sites Structure design - • The form, features and details draw from the Arts & Crafts architectural style. • The building will relate to other buildings within the development through the use of traditional materials, including stone veneer base, horizontal siding, white trim and a natural color palette. • The building massing is concealed with the extended porches that break it into a series of smaller, human -scale elements. The roof mass is reduced with the louvered dormers.
