The proposed Riverside Village Condominium is a 4 -story, 24 -unit building, with approximately, 8,700 sq. ft. per floor.
• The building design incorporates the historic Arts & Crafts style, that is compatible with the surrounding residential development at Riverside Village, and is commonly found throughout Central Virginia.
• The building is 628' from the Entrance Corridor at its closest point. The building will not be visible from the Entrance Corridor after full build -out of the Riverside Village development

Compatibility with significant historic sites
Structure design -
• The form, features and details draw from the Arts & Crafts architectural style.
• The building will relate to other buildings within the development through the use of traditional materials, including stone veneer base, horizontal siding, white trim and a natural color palette.
• The building massing is concealed with the extended porches that break it into a series of smaller, human -scale elements. The roof mass is reduced with the louvered dormers.
Accessories & Equipment -
• Mechanical equipment will be located on the roof and concealed from view within a recessed area with a flat roof.
