3.Show Approximate Location of Flood Zone ‘A’ (100-yr floodplain) if and where intersection
occurs with Drainage Easement (item #1)
4.Revise Title (include ‘Drainage’): A New 12’ & Variable Width Drainage Access Easement for
Inspection and Maintenance, for example.
5.Show and label Parrot Branch, sheet 1 of 2 (Drainage Easement). Ref. Pvt. Sanitary Sewer
Easement (1 of 1) for sample stream depiction.
6.Revise Note 4, to include ‘Drainage’ –see comment #4, above.
7.Revise Easement Area –will increase above 18,634 SQ. FT.
8.Recommend inset detail for L6 and L12, but not required.
9.A New 20 Foot & Variable Width Private Sanitary Sewer Easement, Easement line table:
Confirm L1, L2 bearings are accurate. L1 appears to bear NW, L2 appears to bear NE (or both NW).
10.Pvt. Sanitary Sewer Easement: Provide delta and radius for 14.46’ Arc Tie (PL at Parkview
Drive).
