In response to your request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
parcels, please be advised of the following for Parcel ID Numbers 06100-00-00-123FO and 06100-
00-00-123G0, (the "Property")
• The Property is located in the County of Albemarle, zoned Highway Commercial (HC).
Pharmacies, retail sales, and professional offices are permitted uses within an HC district.
• The Property is subject to a Special Use Permit, SP -2015-00020, approved on September
9, 2015, for a drive-through pharmacy window.
• Copies of any approved site plans, special use permits, and certificates of occupancy or
other documents may be obtained from this office with a request through the department's
Records Manager, Paul Bjornsen, at pbjornsen@albemarle.org.
