RE: ARB- 2015 -55: 5a' Street Station Phase 2 Final — Havertys Elevation Changes
Dear Donnie,
I have reviewed the Haverty's color elevation drawings with revision date of 12/16/2015. The elevations
show the parapets revised to the original approved heights of 33' 4" and 36' 8" (AFF). The revised
building permit sheets Al 05, A201 and A701 with revision date of 1/18/2016 show the rooftop equipment
screened by the parapet walls and specify Sherwin Williams 6108 Latte as the color for the Haverty's wall
bays. I can approve these changes because they are consistent with the ARB's approvals for this project.
Please note the following:
1, This revision is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the
Entrance Corridor.
2. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is valid. If
there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is valid for 3
years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing. The letter
must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date.
