To the County Engineer:
Delivery Agent is an Ecommerce hosting company who purchased Music Today at 5391 and 5400 Three
Notched Road, Crozet 22932 on July 0 2014.
Music Today's operations consisted of office staff, Call Center and Warehousing. These have continued
as they were with additional volumes added.
Staffing fluctuates with workload and season (peaking Thanksgiving through Christmas).
Care Center ranges from 40-80 staff, Warehouse from 50-150 and general office around 60-75
Delivery Agent occupies:
121,241 sq feet of warehouse space in 5400 Three Notched Road
75,933 sq feet of warehouse space in 5391 Three Notched Road on one floor of the building
25,282 sq feet of office space in 5391 Three Notched Road on three floors
We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance 18-4.14:
Noise:
Our office and warehouse space in 5391 Three Notched Road produce no noise audible outside the
building (thick brick walIs). Major sources of noise in this building are phones, office equipment and
truck deliveries.
The warehouse space at 5400 Three Notched Road produces no noise audible outside the building. Major
sources of noise are powered industrial trucks, automated packing line, AC units, air compressors, office
equipment, music and truck deliveries.
Vibration:
We operate no equipment that produces vibration
Glare:
All of our operations are contained completely within the structures of 5391 and 5400 Three Notched
Road. Interior lighting visible externally is limited to office windows facing the road.
Air Pollution:
There are no emissions of smoke, odor or gas
Water Pollution:
No liquid waste is generated by the operation
Radioactivity:
We do not handle radioactive materials.
Electrical Interferences:
Our operation does no use any equipment that generates electrical disturbances.
