Re-establish restaurant business at the former restaurant site at the intersection of State Route 240, State Route 680, and US Route 250. The building footprint will be 3,922 square feet, similar to a previously approved Site Plan and the parking lot will inhabit the previously established limits of the former parking lot. The site is currently a primarily vacant lot used by various agencies for construction vehicle and material storage. Part D: Applicant Agreement Applicant must read and sign • Each application package must contain (8)folded copies of all plans and documents being submitted. Only (1)set of building material samples is required. All submittal items, including building material samples, become the property of Albemarle County.
