The letter of revision proposes the following changes as shown on the attached exhibits: 1. A small cut through of the curbing and island as shown on attached plan C2.0. This is necessary to alleviate ponding and allow for improved drainage. 2. An ADA access ramp cut in to the sidewalk at the location shown on the attached C2.0. This was required by County inspectors. There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. This is the first (1 1') Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. There were two minor changes to the site plan, the first was a field change based on site conditions and the second was required by Albemarle County inspector Scott Reuschling. The revisions areas follows: Number Z — A small cut through of the curbing and island as shown on attached plan C2.0. I've also attached three (3) photos of the condition, one with markings identifying water flow. We made this change based on observations that ponding was taking place and this allowed for improved drainage. Number 2 — An ADA access ramp was cut in to the sidewalk at the location shown on the attached C2.0. I've also attached photos of the completed ramp and a sketch from the project engineer. This ramp was required per inspector Scott Reuschling during an inspection last week.
