Here are some quick answers to your questions below.
1. Yes,there is a subdivision plat under review for this site (SUB201500184) being reviewed by Ellie Ray(ext. 3432).
2. If you're thinking of doing an addition,then you probably want to set-up a pre-app meeting. The Code section is
Section 26.5 MINIMUM YARDS,which specifies a buffer of 30 feet. However, the Board can authorize
disturbance of the buffer by special exception. I've pasted the Code below.
There could be something particular about this site that makes the buffer 50 feet, but I wouldn't know without doing
additional history research.A pre-app would provide time to do that research and perhaps provide some information
about the special exception process. To set-up a pre-app, please call Francis at ext. 3418.
