Good Afternoon Chris,
I did review the entrance location and had to go back and find my notes on this review from when we met on site as it
has been well over a year.The existing private entrance does meet the VDOT minimum standards to service a two lot
subdivision and I find it to be acceptable for continued use. There will not need to be any additional work done at the
entrance for improvements. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know.

SUB201500211 Thomas & Marie Kostelac - Final Plat
The owner of TMP 00800-00-00-051 CO, Mr. Kostelac, 6530 Markwood Rd, met with you onsite a year or so
ago about the existing entrance to his property and whether or not it met VDOT standards for the proposed
division of his land into two lots, or if upgrades are required prior to subdivision plat approval. Please provide
me written verification (email is fine) of the entrance suitability for a 2 lot division. Attached is the plat for the
proposal.
