Please excuse my delayed response to your recent voicemail,todays my 1St day back in the office after being out to care
for my sick 2 year old for the majority of the week. Per your request let this email suffice as a status update of the
proposal. -

What is left to do: submit the revised private street • tenance agreement and the revised_plat for my review. Once
complete the review should be quick and we can move forward with an approval provided everything is addressed.
Attached is the County Attorney' proval of the private street maintenance agreement with required revisions to the
document. Once the change re completed submit the revised version to me electronically. The County Attorney will not
need to re-review this ument as the modifications relate to acreage but the changes need to take place prior to approval
of the plat.
Als or your records attached is the Health Department approval of the soil work which was received Feb 3rd and the
oD minion letter which was provided to my office for the location of the drainfields under their power lines.
Also, attached is a copy of the Dec 1 4th comment letter with the required changes to the plat. The plat has not been
resubmitted yet for review.
