In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following revisions are required: 1. [Comment] Put revision clouds around all changes specific to LOR #2 on all submitted sheets. 2. [Comment] Include sheet 21 in your Letter of Revision submission. 3. [Comment] Update the table titled "Proposed Development (Cumulative of All Blocks) for Old Trail Village" on sheet 21 to reflect all changes including totals. Verify and demonstrate that the new numbers meet all requirements in the approved Old Trail Village Code of Development (ZMA-04-024). 4. [Comment] Update note 6 under "Proposed Development for Old Trail Village Notes" on sheet 21 to reflect the changes. S. [Comment] Update note 7 under "Proposed Development for Old Trail Village Notes" on sheet 21 to reflect the changes. 6. [Comment] Please clarify the reason for the changes to the Pocket Park and Total Area Density for BLOCK 29B on the coversheet. These seem to have been cause by an inconsistency in the approved site plan sheets 1 and 22. In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
