The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(2)] Amend vicinity map scale to 1"=2000'.
2. [14-302(A)(3)] Provide widths of existing platted streets Ambrose Commons, Hatcher Court, Redfields
Rd. Label Hatcher Court (Rt. 1871) and Ambrose Commons (Rt. 1870) as public roads with route
numbers.
3. [14-302(B)(5)] Include all overlay districts in zoning note. Entire property is within Entrance Corridor
overlay. Portions lie within Airport Impact, Steep Slopes and Flood Hazard overlays.
4. [14-302(B)(7)] Amend watershed note to also state the property is not within a water supply
watershed.
5. [14-303(L)] Is there an ACSA waterline easement across portions of the frontage of along Sunset Ave?
If so, show easement on plat.
6. [14-312] If there are any buildings within 50' of proposed lot lines, buildings should be shown on plat.
7. [Comment] What are E-4, E-5, E-6 labels on adjacent parcels along Rhett Court? Clarify or remove
labels.
