This is the third and final LOR permitted on this plan before a site plan amendment will be required to consolidate all the previous LORs and any additional qualifying modifications. We would like to add fencing to the back of the church. The specs are as follows: wood, 3 feet high. The fenced -in area is illustrated on the old site plan, and an amended plan with plans for the fence and gate is attached. For your convenience, I also attached a rendered photograph of our plans. The purpose for this fence is to prevent children during the Sunday service to run onto the adjacent parking lot. We are also planning on installing simple playground equipment into the fenced -in area. It should be noted that we have no plans on altering the slope of the area.
