The proposal is for two floors of professional office space with a third floor of residential units above. The parking requirements are visually reduced through using the site's topography to split the parking lot into two smaller lots. The proiect attempts to address the Neighborhood Model through its mixed use that introduces a new housing type to the area while working with the site's man -made topography to decrease the building's overall height.
