This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
approves the changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated February 8, 2016.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the first (1 st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all

This letter will serve as a Letter of Revision #1 to the "Westminster -Canterbury Final Site
Plan Amendment" dated July 15, 2015, revised August 26, 2015. The purpose of this
revision is to show the adjustments to the layout of the tribute garden shown on drawing
number C-9. The layout changes are to the wall, sidewalks and seating locations. The
grading and landscaping have been adjusted accordingly.
In addition to the changes to the garden, the cottage that is closest to the guard building, the
eastern most cottage, has been shifted away from the road to avoid a conflict with the
existing underground power line. Generator pad locations have been shown for coordination.
The driveway for the fourth cottage has been shifted because of a conflict with the new
transformer that has been installed by Dominion Virginia Power. There are still 2 on-site
parking spaces for this cottage as originally designed.
The Landscaping plan has been modified with a change to the street tree species and to
accommodate for a few existing trees that will now be replaced. See updated landscaping
plan and calculations chart.
The hardscaping areas have changed but the overall impact on impervious areas has not
effected the stormwater calculations. Therefore, we will not be revising the VSMP plan at
this time.
