A 6 inch water line is located approximately on site distant. 3. Fire flow from, nearest public hydrant, located distant from this site plan, is Gpm + at 20 psi residual. ✓ 4. A 10 inch sewer line is located approximately on site distant. 5. An Industrial Waste Ordinance survey form must be completed. ✓ 6.
