The current amendment is to add up to 700 square feet to each side of nine existing duplexes at the southwest corner of the property. Each resulting individual unit is to be approximately 1,600 square feet. Additions have no required setback from the south property line, because adjacent use is commercial. Additions at the west property line require a 20 foot setback due to residential zoning here.
