FEES that may apply after staff review for public notice:
This application may require a public hearing. Virginia State Code requires that notice for public
hearings be made by publishing a legal advertisement in the newspaper and by mailing letters to
adjacent property owners.
The total fee for public notice will be provided after the final cost is determined and must be paid
before the application is heard by a public bode. Staff estimates the total cost of legal advertisement
and adjacent own& notification to be between $350 and $450 per hearing. This estimate reflects the
average cost of public notice fees, but the cost of certain applications may be higher.

(Final Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordi nance, I understand that plans which lack information required by said
sections shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in
Section 32.4.2.1 or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
For Final Plans Only: To the best of my knowledge, I have complied with Section 32.4,3.1 and obtained tentative
approvals for all applicable conditions from the appropriate agencies.
