Intended use or justification for request:
Tier II Personal Wireless Service Facility with two 110' monopoles to facilitate the deployment of three
licensed frequencies for personal wireless service technologies.
FEES that may apply after staff review for public notice:
This application may require a public hearing. Virginia State Code requires that notice for public hearings be
made by publishing a legal advertisement in the newspaper and by mailing letters to adjacent property owners.
The total fee for public notice will be provided after the final cost is determined and must be paid before the
application is heard by a public body. Staff estimates the total cost of legal advertisement and adjacent owner
notification to be between $350 and $450 per hearing. This estimate reflects the average cost of public notice
fees, but the cost of certain applications may be higher.

incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1 or Section 32.4.3.3 as the
case may be.
