TAX MAP 58, PARCEL 75A is zoned residential within the Samuel Miller Magisterial District in
Albemarle, Virgina, with no variances, easements, zoning proffers or bonus factors applicable.
Project Description: The proposed work includes a new well (approved by VDH, ID: 101 -11-
0181), septic system and drain field (approved by VHD, ID: 101 -11- 0210), minimal Critical Slope
disturbance is also proposed /requested to connect said septic system, a new activity pavilion, as
well as top soil removal and grading for said pavilion.
Total disturbance is under 10,000 square feet (actual disturbance is proposed to be 8,972 square
feet) and therefore does not require E &S submittal or review.
Minimal clearing for the installion of all proposed work may be required, as approved by
SUP #201000035 and 201000041. No lighting is proposed.
Adjacent Property: The entrance to Blue Ridge Swim Club is located on the right -hand side of
Owensville Road, traveling North, approximately 275 past Holkam Drive. The site for parking is
located approximately 900 feet from the entrance from Ownesville Road. The parcel is surround
by single family homes, on large, heavily wooded parcels. To the south and east, almost the entire
bordering property is heavily wooded, residentially -zoned vacant land.
Off -site Areas: N/A - All excavated soil is anticipated to remain on site.
