This parking waiver was requested in response to the Albemarle County Building Inspections Office's requirement to remove three (3) additional parking spaces to allow for added clearances near the garden center. This requirement was relayed during construction and six (6) bollards were placed to block the parking spaces. As approved by the waiver, there are a total of 600 parking spaces located on the property including 14 ADA spaces. Parking stalls housing cart corrals are not included in this count. Owner /Applicant Must Read and Sign This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
