RE: Review/approval of ARB sign application

This application is for a wall sign fronting on Bond Street in the Stonefield Town Center. The ARB has
previously determined that signs on the Bond Street side of buildings do not require review/approval by the
ARB. Consequently, no ARB review is required at this time.
