The new U.S. Architectural Lighting fixtures will be pole mounted 15' above finished grade, and provide several benefits over the previously installed Virginia Power fixtures. These benefits include: • Improved safety through more even lighting patterns • Increased electrical efficiency • Full cutoff fixture (no light transmitted above 900) • Added pedestrian comfort • All of these have been achieved while maintain modest lighting levels within the community Owner /Applicant Must Read and Sign This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
