Ray & Assoc., Inc (rwrincC@earthlink.net & gwenlacy@earthlink.net ) From: Ellie Ray, PLA, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: February 29, 2016 Subject: SUB 201600028 Shimp Engineering PC #14044T — Boundary Line Adjustment The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Add a note stating that each revised parcel contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. 2. [14-302(A)(16)] Dam break inundation zones. Show the limits of the dam break inundation zone and add a note stating the subject parcels are in a state regulated DBIZ. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(8) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
