From: Paty Saternye- Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: March 1, 2016 Subject: SUB -2016-31 Dan Lavis - Boundary Line Adjustment The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302 (A)(5); 14-303 (L)] Public easements; Public utility, drainage and sight distance easements. Represent the location of the power line, electric line and the location and dimension of their easements. 2. [14-302 (A)(10)] Right of further division ofproposed lots. For Lot B, include the portion note that states, "... and may be further divided." 3. [14-302 (A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Include all four parcel Tax Map Parcel numbers in the description of the land. 4. [14-303 (D)] Acreage of lots. Clarify why the sum of the new parcels does not equal that shown in either the December 28, 2015 Letter of Determination (LOD2015-00016) or the previously recorded plat (Deed Book 1612 Page 50). 5. [14-303 (H)] Monuments. Include a legend which should include iron pins found, iron pins set, power lines, etc. where appropriate. 6. [14-309; 14-310] Soils evaluation; Health Director Approval. Please specify whether each of the new lots have drainfields to support the existing dwellings.
