The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend
approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments have been
addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14-302(A)2] Please include a vicinity map with a scale of 1":2000'.

14-302(B)5] Please include zoning classification of parcel.
4. [Sec. 14-302(B)71 Please include a note indicating whether or not the parcel lies with in
a reservoir watershed,and/or an agricultural/forestall district.

shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection
Ordinance.
