We are not yet finalized on either parcel. We were waiting to finalize the plats before finalizing the Deeds. I understand that there's agreement on the terms of the Deeds, and that Mr. Wood is required to sign them under the terms of the parties' Agreement for Transfer of Real Estate. He's also represented in the closing by an attorney who has responded fairly promptly in the past. I'm hoping that once we have the final signed plat, the rest of the pieces of this puzzle will fall into place fairly quickly. Let me know if you have further questions or would like to discuss. Attached is what I understand to be the most recent version of the plat, complete with the requested changes. Have you received this revised version of the River Heights greenway plat in approvable form yet? If not, shall I request that the signature line for the "Director of Planning" be replaced with some other language first? Let me know where we are with the River Heights greenway plat. I've gone through what files we have again and tried to summarize the status of the two plats. Also, I'd like clarification on what the owner is responsible for and what the County must do/pay for. I found that the plat associated with SUB 2007-312 (dedication of the 5.05 acre parcel) was signed by the owners and County.This application was being handled by Roger Ray &Associates as the applicant and preparer of the plat.The plat has not expired and is still valid because of Section 15.2-2209.1. I believe the transfer agreement specifies the owner pay the cost of recording but the County would pay the and the deed will need to be signed. Is the only outstanding matter with this dedication the deed? The plat associated with SUB 2007-319 is suspended and this application was being handled by Dan in Parks& Rec with Residental Surveying Services preparing the plat. From the chain of e-mails below, it appears Dan had worked to get the final changes made to the plat but that is not reflected in the County's file for this SUB.The last correspondence in the files and in County View are from October 2007. Dan if you have copies of the revised plats or any records, we can start the review again on the plat and get the approval process going again with the County. The deed is also an outstanding item with wrapping up this transaction. Once the greenway plat is finalized, then we can move forward with getting the deeds signed by the owner and then everything recorded? Do I have that right?
