No revisions have been submitted on the greenway easement plat(SUB 2007-319). My comments were provided on
December 7th
The subdivision (SUB201300007)was distributed on 2/5 with a review due date of 2/26/13. I currently have 6
applications in the queue in front of this one. There was no plat submitted, so Rebecca gave me the old one, which is on
mylar and already signed by the owner. If any revisions are needed,they will need to re-sign the plat.
If you need anything else, please let me know.

Ken,
Thanks for your message. I'm told that on the River Heights subdivision (previously SUB 2007-312), a
new application (SUB2013-07) was made and distributed to a Senior Planner this week for review,with a review
due date of 2/26/13. Because no plat was submitted with the application, we'll re-use the old one, at least for
now. If any revisions are needed, the owner will need to re-sign the plat.
On the greenway plat, which the County originally ordered, Bob Coleman has now made all requested
revisions. Once both plats are approved in final form, I'm hoping that we can put the finishing touches on the
respective deeds and circulate all the documents for signature.
The County would certainly be happy to help with a press release. I'll keep you posted as we move closer
to finalizing the dedication. Let me know of any questions in the meantime. Thanks.

The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated June 3, 2014.
1. The dam break inundation zone line has been added to the plat.
2. The statement of consent has been changed to reflect the revised standard as of January 1, 2014.
3. We have located the proposed septic drainfield areas and shown them on this pdf copy of the plat.
We will provide copies to Steve Gooch. He will be submitting the Soils Reports for Health
Department Approval.
4. A revised date has been added to the plat (Revised: August 22, 2014).
I have also attached a pdf copy without the Health Department info on it.
Please let me know if you would like a full size copy left at the front desk.

In reviewing proper records, we want to remind you all that River I Ieights prollcrs have not yet been satisfied and
need the following items completed:
• Si 18201300007 is ready to be signed by the owner and submitted for county signature. It has been since
October, but the plat hasn't come back to us for signature.
• The deed of easement is the only remaining item for Si 18200700319. This has been the case since April
of 2013.

Yes, the deed of easement is the only remaining item for SUB200700319. This has been the case since April of 2013.
Technically, both of these applications should be withdrawn due to inactivity, but I guess we're going to just move
forward in hopes of actually getting them completed.
