My comments were provided on December 7th The subdivision (SUB201300007)was distributed on 2/5 with a review due date of 2/26/13. I currently have 6 applications in the queue in front of this one. There was no plat submitted, so Rebecca gave me the old one, which is on mylar and already signed by the owner. If any revisions are needed,they will need to re-sign the plat. If you need anything else, please let me know. I'm told that on the River Heights subdivision (previously SUB 2007-312), a new application (SUB2013-07) was made and distributed to a Senior Planner this week for review,with a review due date of 2/26/13. Because no plat was submitted with the application, we'll re-use the old one, at least for now. If any revisions are needed, the owner will need to re-sign the plat. On the greenway plat, which the County originally ordered, Bob Coleman has now made all requested revisions. Once both plats are approved in final form, I'm hoping that we can put the finishing touches on the respective deeds and circulate all the documents for signature. The County would certainly be happy to help with a press release. I'll keep you posted as we move closer to finalizing the dedication. Let me know of any questions in the meantime. Thanks.
