I believe there is some little solar ground lights but they may be broken. Also I don't think they are planning on adding any lights. While I have you I believe we are supposed to - Mark the location of property lines and the sign location for as preliminary zoning inspection. - Footing inspection - Final building and zoning inspection. When and how are these scheduled? What color is the sign structure(posts and slats between posts) proposed to be? It looks as if it's intended to be white, but the plan doesn't specifically say that. 2. The application says there is no proposed lighting, but is there any existing lighting that will remain? I know there is a sign currently in this same location, but I can't find the file to determine if there is any existing lighting. Once I have answers to these questions, I may be able to draft an approval letter with this information added.
