HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB200300212 Review Comments 2003-09-30 �O�F AL,AIWA: `IRGINP COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE Department of Engineering&Public Works MEMORANDUM To: Francis MacCall, Planner(to be in SPIN) From: Allan Schuck, Engineer Subject: SUB-2003-212, Connors Ridge Final Subdivision Plat Date received: 26 September 2003 [plat dated 08 September 2003] Date of Comment: 30 September 2003 The final subdivision plat for Connors Ridge received on 26 September 2003 has been reviewed. The Engineering Department will recommend approval of the final plat when the following conditions have been addressed: 1. The final subdivision plat will be approved when the Engineering Department receives a hard copy of the corrected final subdivision plat. 2. The applicant needs to submit a Subdivision Road Bond Estimate Request. This request needs to be completed by the applicant before a road bond can be computed. The road bond needs to be posted and approved before the Engineering Department will grant approval to the final subdivision plat. 3. The applicant needs to submit a Schedule of Completion for Bonded Improvements. This information needs to be submitted and approved by the County's road engineer before the County can accept the road bond for this subdivision. 4. A Stormwater Management Facilities Agreement is required. Please submit the latest version, dated August 1999, typed and signed in black ink by the owner, along with the $16 recordation fee. Note: A grading permit WILL NOT be issued until the Maintenance Agreement has been received, approved and recorded. 5. A copy of these request forms can be faxed to the applicant or picked up at the Engineering Office, Room 211. Please contact Ms. Pam Shifflett at(434) 296.5861 with any comments or questions about the above information. 6. All improvements must be built or bonded prior to approval of the final plat. The following items must be reviewed and approved by the Engineering Department before tentative approval of the final plat can be granted. A completed submittal form and application, available at the Engineering Department, must accompany all submittals. The required number of copies and the required fees are indicated on the form and application. A. A completed application and fee for erosion control and stormwater management. [17-203, 17-303] B. A completed stormwater management facilities maintenance agreement and fee. [17-323] VDOT approval will also be required for final site plans and computations must accompany site plan submittals.
