RE: LOR #2 SDP2014-09 Old Trail Village Blocks 28 & 29B — Letter of Revision
Dear Mr. Ledbetter:
Your Letter of Revision application has been reviewed. In order for the amended site plan to be
approved the following revisions are required:
1. [Comment] Put revision clouds around all changes specific to LOR #2 on all submitted
sheets.Comment dressed
2. [Comment] Include sheet 21 in your Letter of Revision submission. Rev. l: Comment
Addressed
3. [Comment] Update the table titled "Proposed Development (Cumulative of All Blocks) for
Old Trail Village" on sheet 21 to reflect all changes including totals. Verify and demonstrate
that the new numbers meet all requirements in the approved Old Trail Village Code of
Development (ZMA-04-024). Rev. l: Comment Addressed
4. [Comment] Update note 6 under "Proposed Development for Old Trail Village Notes" on sheet
21 to reflect the changes. Rev, Im Removedx "... oRen spaces and/or—" from note 6.
s.nce this site plan includes Open Space. clarify why this statement is still correct even
though open space is specified for Block 28.
S. [Comment] Update note 7 under "Proposed Development for Old Trail Village Notes" on sheet
21 to reflect the changes. Rev. 1: Update this note to specify the recentlyaQproved Amended
Code of Development (ZMA-2015- 0�). Also update the required area of pocket parks
and the new page number that the requirement is listed to be correct for the newly
amended Code of Development.
6. [Comment] Please clarify the reason for the changes to the Pocket Park and Total Area
Density for BLOCK 29B on the coversheet. These seem to have been cause by an
inconsistency in the approved site plan sheets land 22. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed
NEW COMMENT
1. [Comment] On Sheet 22 put a revision cloud around the change specific to LOR #1.
Include a label specifying that the change was for LOR #1.
In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to
submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of
this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
