The site is located at 536 Lego Drive and consists of a water pump station and three water storage tanks. Currently, two 30,000 gallon and one 6,000 gallon water storage tanks are at the site. Due to structural deficiencies of the tanks as well as changes in water distribution and system improvements in Ashcroft, the tanks will be replaced by a single 10,000 gallon tank and its appurtenances. Minor grading and erosion sediment control measures are needed at the pump station to facilitate the removal of the existing tanks and the installation of the 10,000 gallon tank. There will be no changes in use of the site by the ACSA as the new 10.000 gallon tank will serve the same function as the three tanks being removed. The site will still remain in its present use. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1 or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
