Please provide: 1. Specify the metal (this is already noted in the detail). 2. Specify the type of paint/paint application process to ensure a good appearance long-term. 3. Add a detail(s) to further clarify the appearance of the panels. Regarding #3, you might think about things like: the treatment of the ends/corners of the panels, treatment of joints, direction of ribbing, and other similar design features that will affect the appearance of the screen(s). Please watch the light levels at the entrance from Rt. 29 where the illumination already reads .5 fc and make sure spillover does not exceed .5 fc. 2. Add a note to the photometric plan indicating that the wall fixtures and pole lights will have a dark bronze finish. 3. The description of the OB fixture in the Luminaire Schedule does not appear to correspond to any of the cut sheets. Please clarify. 4. If the standard lighting note does not appear on the cover sheet of the site plan, add it to the lighting plan. Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads.
