Reviews Comments:The ARB has requested more specific information on the plans regarding the appearance of the
equipment screen walls. Please provide:
1. Specify the metal (this is already noted in the detail).
2. Specify the type of paint/paint application process to ensure a good appearance long-term.
3. Add a detail(s) to further clarify the appearance of the panels.
Regarding #3, you might think about things like: the treatment of the ends/corners of the panels,
treatment of joints, direction of ribbing, and other similar design features that will affect the
appearance of the screen(s).

Reviews Comments:1. Revise the LLF to 1.0 and adjust the photometrics accordingly. Please watch the light levels at the
entrance from Rt. 29 where the illumination already reads .5 fc and make sure spillover does not
exceed .5 fc.
2. Add a note to the photometric plan indicating that the wall fixtures and pole lights will have a dark
bronze finish.
3. The description of the OB fixture in the Luminaire Schedule does not appear to correspond to any
of the cut sheets. Please clarify.
4. If the standard lighting note does not appear on the cover sheet of the site plan, add it to the
lighting plan. Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens
shall be a full cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining
residential districts and away from adjacent roads. The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto
public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one-half
