The plat should show only the plan for the proposed boundary line adjustment separate from the special use permit for the school. Remove all excess sheets showing special use permit. 2. [14-302(A)] Review BLA checklist and ensure that plat contains all information as required by this section including name of subdivision, vicinity map, public and private easements, existing/departing lot lines, building site note, right of further division note, and floodplain and stream buffer notes. 3. [14-302(B)] Review BLA checklist and ensure that plat contains all information as required by this section including, name of plat preparer, zoning classifications including overlay zones, reservoir watershed and ag-forestal notes. 4. [14-303] Review BLA checklist and ensure that plat contains all information as required by this section including statement of consent to division, acreage of existing and proposed lots, location of monuments, ownership of common areas, public utility, drainage, sight distance easements, signature panels for owner and agent and notary panels.
