The attached revised plans address your comments as described below: Engineering 1. An ESC plan is now included with this submittal. The Block 2 WPO plan has been submitted again to update its approval status. 2. It is not feasible to keep drainage pipes and structures within the right -of -way due to conflicts with other utilities. The drainage lines running through block 4 are now shown within private (versus public) drainage easements. 3. A road plan amendment is currently under review for Upland Drive and Claremont Lane. The plan and profile sheets from this plan are included at the end of this Block 4 site plan set. 4. Sidewalks for units 33 -39 are now shown. 5. Connections from the sidewalk in the grass mall to the exterior streets are provided as suggested. 6. Curbs have been removed at driveway locations. Grading has been updated. 7. Driveways for lots 6, 7 and 8 have been reduced to 5% slope. 8. A private drainage easement has been provided. Adjust yard drains to minimize intrusion into the corner of this lot. 9. Parallel parking spaces are allowed to be 8' wide per the approved Code of Development and General Development Plan for Old Trail Village. Please refer to earlier determination from Amy Pflaum on the preliminary site plan review of Old Trail Phase 9. 10. The sidewalk slope has been revised to minimize its slope. 11. Dead -end alleys are now 14' from f/c to f /c. 12. The sewer line which runs through blocks 13 and 2 is now shown on this plan.
